What file-imaging format do your CDs/DVDs come as?
The file format that the product is available in, will be explained in the products description. For the most part our CDs/DVDs are PC compatible and images come in Jpg and Tiff file formats. These formats can be used in most industry standard page layout and image editing programs.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a e-mail confirmation.
What method of shipping do you use, and how much is shipping?
We use U.S. Priority Mail within the U.S. and UPS to ship packages outside of the U.S. Once you have the items in your cart, and enter your zip code you will instantly see the shipping charges.
I am trying to track my order; can you send me the tracking number for the item?
Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the order has been processed. If you misplaced our email we'll be more than happy to send you a copy. Please be sure to check your 'Junk email' folder, and to check your spam filter settings tio make sure our emails are not being blocked but your ISP or email service provider.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping is $40.00 for countries outside the United States. Packages are sent via the FedEx International service. International orders are processed offline. Please send us an email, if you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order.
Are all your items in stock when I place my order?
All items displayed in our store are in stock, just click the “Add to cart” button and this will put the item in your cart.
How do I know that my package has been shipped?
Within 24-48 hours of your order, you will receive an email that states your package has been shipped. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us!
Are you planning on making digital downloads available anytime soon?
This option will be available within the next couple of weeks, but only for a handful of our most popular files. If the image you need is not available as a single download, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to make it available immediately.
Are you currently looking for models?

I need an image today in order to meet a deadline, can you help me?
Absolutely! We've done this many times. Please send us an email during business hours (9AM-6PM EST) with the image information as well as your contact info and we'll be more than happy to help.
What's your return policy?
All purchases are final. Due to nature of our business, we only accept exchanges in the rare event of damaged shipments. In this rare event, titles can be exchanged for the identical item 10 days after purchase, but again, cannot be returned for a refund.
Can I return or exchange my download?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any digital download items.
My shipment was damaged, how do I return it?
These returns must be reported to us via e-mail within 10 days after your purchase was made.
Once a return have been reported to us, you have 5 business days to ship the item back to us.
When shiping the item back to us, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping the item back. Once we have received the returned damaged item we will send a replacement of the same item out within 5 business days.

The image I downloaded is listed as 300 dpi, yet when I open it in Photoshop it shows as 72 dpi, how did this happen?
DPI can be a confusing subject even for seasoned professionals. We get this question a lot so we have prepared a tutorial as well as some links to help our customers understand what DPI is and how it works.
